Four Paws Grooming — Cancellation Policy 🐾 At Four Paws Grooming, every appointment is reserved with love and intention — just for you and your pet. Out of respect for our time together and for other clients waiting to be pampered, I kindly ask that all changes to your appointment be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations & Rescheduling - If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This gives me the opportunity to offer the spot to another furry friend. Late Arrivals - A 15-minute grace period is offered for all appointments. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled to avoid delays for others, and a 25% fee per dog will be added to your account. This fee must be paid before rebooking. No-Shows - If you miss your appointment without notice, the same 25% fee per dog will apply and must be paid before booking your next visit. I truly appreciate your understanding and support.
